End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you (“you” or “User”) and YiJio (“we,” “us,” or “Developer”) for your use of any YiJio apps (the “App”), including mobile, desktop, web, or Progressive Web App (PWA) version.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the App for your personal or authorized business purposes, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where permitted by law
• Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with the App’s operation, security, or infrastructure

3. Ownership

The App, including its software, design, branding, content, and intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This EULA gives you a license to use the App; it does not transfer ownership to you.

4. Updates and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. Updates may be required for continued use of certain features.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use or interact with third-party services, platforms, APIs, or content. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App may involve the collection or processing of information as described in any of our Privacy Policies.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, accurate, error-free, or meet your particular requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete any installed copies.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any additional terms governing your use of the App are provided in our Terms of Service.
